A: Store it dry and gently polish when needed to maintain its shine. Keep covered when not in use, this is very important to prevent oxidization of metal.
Q: What is the return/exchange policy?
A: Because each piece is handmade, we do not offer returns. Exchanges on unworn pieces are accepted within 14 days if jewelry arrives broken or damaged.
Q: How long does it take to fulfill an order?
A: Because each piece is handmade, please allow us up to 2 weeks to make the jewelry.
